VFD investigates late night Blitch St. house fire
VALDOSTA – The Valdosta Fire Department recently responded to a late night residence fire that is under investigation. On Monday, April 22, at 9:26 P.M., the Valdosta Fire Department responded to the report of a structure fire at 318 Blitch Street. The first fire unit arrived within 3 minutes and a heavy smoke and flames coming from the residence. Crews were able to bring the fire under control. No injuries were reported. There was no one inside of the residence at the time of the incident.
