Disaster Recovery Aid Available for Lowndes County Residents Affected by Hurricane Idalia
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) are extending their disaster recovery work in Lowndes County, Georgia. They are setting up mobile sites across the county. This is to help residents affected by Hurricane Idalia access services easily before the November 6, 2023 application deadline. The Disaster Recovery Center at the Lowndes County Civic Center is open seven days a week, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. It provides help with registration, answers questions, and assists with disaster assistance appeals.
