A routine welfare check by Sebastopol Police spiraled into a high-speed pursuit that ended with the arrest of a 53-year-old transient woman yesterday afternoon. A man was sentenced earlier this week to 12 years and eight months in prison after he was convicted last year of molesting two children, Sonoma County prosecutors said.
