Tragic Incident At Thomas Johnson Bridge
SOLOMONS, Md. – Earlier this morning, authorities responded to a dreadful incident at the Thomas Johnson Bridge that resulted in the loss of life. Police were alerted at 1:09 a.m. of an abandoned vehicle at the top of the bridge, left running and unattended. Shortly after, a coordinated effort ensued with firefighters, emergency medical services, Maryland State Police Aviation, and Rescue Dive Teams trying to locate the individual.

Report Of Gunshots At Huntington Apartments Under Investigation
WALDORF. Md. – On May 16 at 3 p.m., officers responded to the 3000 block of Gallery Place in Waldorf for the report of the sound of multiple gunshots. When officers arrived, they canvassed the area but did not locate any victims; however, they did locate shell casings between two apartment buildings. One Trapped And Injured Following Two-Vehicle Collision In Huntingtown
HUNTINGTOWN, Md. — Emergency personnel responded to a serious motor vehicle accident in the area of Ponds Wood Road and Tobacco Ridge Road yesterday afternoon, May 19, 2024. Upon arrival, crews found a two-vehicle collision, with one occupant trapped and injured. Firefighters quickly performed a door pop to free the trapped occupant, who was then handed over to Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for care.
