Chicken Salad Chick Announces Opening Date And Giveaways

A Chicken Salad Chick restaurant is getting ready to open in Woodstock, offering various giveaways for its first customers.

The Woodstock Chicken Salad Chick is at 188 Molly Lane, formerly home to Joella’s Hot Chicken.

Chicken Salad Chick serves a variety of chicken salad flavors, sandwiches, soups and sides, offering dine-in, takeout and drive-thru options. The restaurant has also recently expanded its dessert menu items.

The restaurant’s doors are set to open at 10 a.m. May 22. A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.

For its opening day, the restaurant is offering free chicken salad for a year to the first 100 people who buy The Chick or anything of greater value (not including drive-thru customers). Once the restaurant opens, the first 100 guests are asked to remain in line and make their purchase in the Chicken Salad Chick app, and enter a code.

If you’re not able to make it for the grand opening, there are other giveaways and promotions throughout the week.

Restaurant hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Proceeds from the restaurant’s opening events will go to Once Upon a Room , a national nonprofit that focuses on enriching the lives of hospitalized children, teens and infants fighting serious illnesses and long-term acute trauma.

The Woodstock restaurant marks the franchise’s 24th location in the metro Atlanta market and its 41st location in Georgia.

♦ Friday, May 24 — Be one of the first 50 guests at 10 a.m. or at 5 p.m. and purchase a Chick Trio, and receive a free Chicken Salad Chick Tote Bag

♦ Saturday, May 25 — Be one of the first 50 guests and receive a free Chicken Salad Chick collapsible cooler with the purchase of two large Quick Chicks
