Wake Forest University officials force Pro-Palestine protesters to disband
A pro-Palestine protest and encampment at Wake Forest University has been forced to disband after about three days of demonstrations. University officials had initially supported the students, part of a group known as Free Palestine WFU, in peacefully protesting since Tuesday afternoon. But that changed early Friday morning when, according to a message from the university, officials told protesters that they had violated the agreed-upon terms of the encampment, and that they would face interim suspension if they did not leave the site.

Triad dentist facing alarming allegations of malpractice
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — UPDATE: WFMY News 2 reached out to the state dentistry board to learn why Dr. Kelly's offices remained open despite his license being revoked. The state board said Dr. Kelly has filed an appeal and the court allowed his offices to remain open until the hearing on May 8. The state board also said during this time, Dr. Kelly will not be able to see new patients and can only offer services to existing patients.
