It is also nearly Mother’s Day (don’t say we didn’t warn you …) so here are a few stories about that …

This week we are shooting eight proms. Look for galleries on DelawareOnline.com. We will update our prom guide as we go.

    And now, more news …

David Bromberg, Nancy Josephson are leaving Wilmington. But first, she's hosting a major art show

After spending 22 years in downtown Wilmington, during which time he rekindled his music career to the delight of fans nationwide and earned the first Grammy Award nomination of his vaunted career, multi-instrumentalist David Bromberg is leaving Delaware, reports Ryan Cormier.

Bromberg and his wife, artist/musician Nancy Josephson, are selling their four-story, 8,900-square-foot North Market Street home, which also houses a violin shop he established , he writes.

Before they leave the city, though, Josephson, has a major art exhibit.

Ryan has all the details about their decision, what brought them to the city in the first place, their impact on the local arts scene and their future plans here.
