WICHITA FALLS ( KFDX/KJTL ) —The weather was near perfect Friday night for the outdoor graduation of the final class of Hirschi Husky seniors.

WFHS Coyotes graduate one last time

Ann James was the valedictorian for the class of 2024, with a 5.0 GPA, and Lexi Jacobson was the salutatorian, with a 4.85 GPA.

Recognizing a need for a junior and senior high school in northern Wichita Falls, businessman and benefactor John Hirschi gave WFISD ownership of the property that would become the third oldest public high school in 1962.

To the huskies who will now begin the next phase of their lives from all of us here at KFDX, we want to say congratulations to you all!
