This season marks a fresh start for the 2023 Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Hockey Champions with the Broncs joining the Atlantic Coast Collegiate Hockey League as a member of the M2 Premier Mid-Atlantic Division.

Once an athlete has won the award, he or she is no longer eligible to be nominated again in that sport for the rest of the school year. However, that athlete will earn a spot on the Athlete of the Year poll that will be held at the end of the school year.

To say the conditions at Ben Cohen Field on Sept. 24 weren’t ideal would be an understatement. It was a rainy, cold and windy day for Rider men’s soccer against a formidable opponent in Fairfield. But the Broncs were not deterred by the inclement weather and won their third straight.
