    Update: Road reopens in White Hall after vehicle accident hospitalizes 1

    WHITE HALL, W.Va. (WBOY) — Officials have confirmed that U.S. 250/White Hall Blvd has reopened near Exit 132 of Interstate 79 following a vehicle accident that sent one person to the hospital and temporarily shut the road down.

    WHITE HALL, W.Va. (WBOY) — One person had to be taken to the hospital Friday night following a vehicle accident that temporarily shut down part of U.S. Route 250 in White Hall.

    According to an official with the Marion County 911 Center, at around 7:37 p.m., crews were alerted to a vehicle accident with injuries on the Exit 132 offramp of Interstate 79 South.

    Emergency crews on-scene confirmed that two vehicles were involved and one person sustained injuries that required them to be taken to the hospital. The official did not specify their condition or the extent of their injuries.

    Marion County Homeland Security & Emergency Management said on social media that U.S. Route 250/White Hall Blvd is closed in the area as of 7:54 p.m. due to the accident. No estimate was given as to when the road would reopen.

    Crews from the Valley Volunteer Fire Department, Marion County Rescue Squad and the White Hall Police Department responded to this call.
