Tires slashed on multiple vehicles in Cañon City
CAÑON CITY, Colo. (KKTV) - An investigation is underway after tires were slashed on multiple vehicles in Cañon City recently. Police are reporting the incident that happened Thursday night into Friday morning when an unknown person or persons traveled from 1st Street to 19th Street and between Main Street and College Avenue slashing tires. Police were still receiving reports of slashed tires Monday morning.
Colorado State Patrol arrests 6 drunk drivers during weekend crackdown in Pueblo, Fremont
Six drivers were cited for driving under the influence during a Colorado State Patrol crackdown in Pueblo and Fremont counties last weekend. The concerted DUI enforcement effort focused on major traffic corridors and their feeder roads May 10-12 and resulted in 71 drivers being contacted by law enforcement, according to a CSP news release.

Home listings are on the rise in southern Colorado, while other indicators show a slowing real estate market
More homes are coming on the market in southern Colorado, and prices are starting to fall in some places. The number of closed deals on houses in Pueblo and Fremont counties during April dropped nearly 20 percent and 37 percent respectively from the same time last year. That's according to a new report from the Colorado Association of Realtors. Median sale prices are down too, at $314,000 in Fremont County and about $306,000 in Pueblo County.
