Giana Abinanti pitched a complete game two-hitter, powering Freehold Borough to a 3-1 victory over Jackson Memorial in Freehold. Finishing out their regular season with a 13-9 record, the Colonials used a pair of runs in the third inning to create separation in this one. Abinanti helped herself with the bat as well, going 2-for-2 with a walk and an RBI in this one.

ELIZABETH, NJ - Spotswood and Elizabeth High Schools varsity softball teams went five innings of scoreless ball before Elizabeth got a run through. The Chargers responded with a run to tie the game when Hanna Brown's triple scored Lara Yarnall in the seventh inning. Pro-Palestine encampment ends at Princeton University
Princeton University students’ pro-Palestine/anti-Israel encampment came to an end on May 15, less than three weeks after the students began a sit-in protest on April 25. Cannon Green behind Nassau Hall, where the students held their sit-in for 17 of those days, is empty of lawn chairs, umbrellas, tables, signs and posters set up by the protesters.

Ole Miss faces elimination today at the Lafayette Regional. The Rebels (31-26) will play Princeton (29-17) in an elimination game at 4:30 p.m. CT. The game can be streamed on ESPN+. Pascarella teamed with Anthony Singh, who pitched the final two innings for the save, on the shutout, Colonia's third consecutive shutout.
