You never know what you are going to find on their menu. I'll point out that The Canton Repository has reviewed Fizzlestix several times since it opened, and each time it was based on different parts of the menu. For the most recent, the now-retired Bev Shaffer spotted a flight of french fries and said we just had to try that. In addition to the eatery's old standbys such as burgers and wraps, Fizzlestix is always cooking up something interesting. I was excited to head back during October, after I had so enjoyed its incredible burger creations last Halloween. From the Evil Dead burger, a patty infused with chorizo and beef, topped with pico de gallo, burnt cheese, fried jalapeños and sriracha aioli; to the Jack O Lantern burger, a patty infused with brown sugar and cheddar and topped with bacon, cheddar, lettuce and candy soy sauce, it was difficult to choose what to eat. Knowing the chef always has a great burger
