MASON CITY, Iowa — A partial closure is coming to the Pierce Avenue intersection as crews continue reconstructing Iowa 122 between Monroe Avenue and Pierce Avenue. The Iowa Department of Transportation's Mason City construction office said the intersection will be partially closed Monday, weather permitting. Pierce Avenue traffic will not be able to cross Iowa 122 so the contractor can reconstruct the south half of the intersection.
