Henryetta Lady Knights Golf fired their lowest round of the season in the biggest moment yesterday as their 389 score qualifies them for next week’s 3A State Tournament in Oklahoma City. HHS Junior Breea Stockholm had her career best round by 11 shots with her 4 over 76. The team closed extremely strong in the final nine holes to move up 4 spots and qualify for State.

YMCA Hosts Healthy Kids Day
Okmulgee County YMCA hosted Healthy Kids Day last Saturday, showing off its newly renovated first floor while offering a day of family-friendly activities to promote a healthy summer start. The event featured archery, basketball and crafts from local vendors, along with group exercises such as Zumba, cycling and strength training. Children also had the opportunity to tour fire trucks and meet firefighters from the Okmulgee Fire Department.
