4000 Home Community Starts Sales
HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – The George, a master planned community planned for 4,000 homes in Richmond, is starting home sales. Johnson Development announced that model homes and pre-sales are underway two years after acquiring 1,500 acres of farmland for its latest Fort Bend County development. The land, located off Ricefield Road and Benton Road, was purchased from the George Foundation, the charitable organization that oversees the George Ranch, a 20,000-acre working ranch founded in 1824.
