Wayne Township, Pa. — A routine urinalysis of inmates at the Clinton County Correctional Facility led to a major contraband bust implicating a corrections officer at the facility, according to police.

On March 30, a PSP Trooper assigned to the Criminal Investigation Section of Troop F, Lamar Station, was dispatched to the facility located in Wayne Township following reports of drug detection among inmates.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. that day, Deputy Warden Ruch reported that during a lockdown of the block, authorities discovered various illicit substances including marijuana, methamphetamine, Suboxone, and bath salts concealed within a tube. This prompted an immediate and thorough investigation into the source of these materials, according to an affidavit.

The inquiry led two deputy wardens to Adryan Lynn Selleck, 27, of Lock Haven, a corrections officer, after an inmate disclosed Selleck's involvement in bringing the contraband inside.

On April 18, Deputy Warden Kunes informed the investigating officer that Selleck wished to cooperate with the authorities.

In a recorded interview on April 28, Selleck confessed to smuggling contraband into the jail on three separate occasions. He claimed his understanding was that the items included only tobacco. However, Selleck admitted he never fully inspected the contents wrapped in plastic wrap, which he attempted to peer into but never fully inspected, he told police.

Selleck has been charged with felony conspiracy - contraband/controlled substance and two felony conspiracy - manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver charges.

A formal arraignment is scheduled for June 25. Selleck posted $75,000 monetary bail via a surety bond.
