CAMPBELL HALL – A body found in the woods in Campbell Hall on Saturday was that of a suicide victim, State Police said Monday. Troopers said on Monday that the body was discovered by a hiker at around 10:45 a.m. at the eastern bank of the Wallkill River at the end of the Hamptonburgh Trail.
