A Goshen man pleaded guilty to first-degree rape in Orange County Court on Monday, according to District Attorney David M. Hoovler. Under the plea agreement, Jesus Torres, 32, is expected to be sentenced to 15 years in state prison along with 10 years of post-release supervision.
