VIENNA — Vienna City Council members Chris Mancuso and Kim Williams hosted a town hall regarding proposed development plans for Spencer’s Landing Tuesday evening. Mancuso showed a concept design for the park he had presented to council in 2022. He based it on a survey the city conducted about residents’ wishes for Spencer’s Landing. Among the approximately 175 responses recorded, citizens listed park space with picnic tables, playgrounds, boating activities and a small amphitheater.
