There are two Express stores in Rhode Island: one in the Warwick Mall and another in the Providence Place mall. The Providence store, however, was not included in the retailer’s list of planned closures.

It’s unclear when the Warwick store will close its doors, but Express confirmed that closing sales officially began Tuesday. 12 News has reached out to the Warwick Mall regarding the store’s impending closure but has not yet heard back.

Express was first founded in 1980 and is best known for selling trendsetting casual office attire. The clothing retailer solely targeted women at first, but eventually branched out and began selling men’s wear.
