Man arrested for nearly driving into oncoming traffic in Olmsted County is sentenced
ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man arrested after almost driving into oncoming traffic has pleaded guilty. Peter Omoro Nyatuka, 50 of Northfield, entered a guilty plea to DWI. The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy saw Nyatuka driving on September 2, 2023. The deputy said Nyatka was driving near the centerline into oncoming traffic near the intersection of 41st Street NW and Highway 52.
