Man sentenced to prison after leaving the scene of a fatal accident
SEYMOUR – A Columbus man was sentenced in Jackson Circuit Court on Thursday, May 16. Judge Richard W. Pynter sentenced 29-year-old Tre Xavier Vires to 12 years in the Indiana Department of Corrections on each count. Judge Poynter suspended two years and gave Vires four days credit for the time served on each count. The sentences will run concurrently.
