Former Upshur County bail bondsman arrested on drug, gun charges
UPSHUR COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - A former bail bondsman was arrested in Upshur County on Tuesday for gun and drug related charges, police say. Rachel Shannon Rosser-Barnett, 50, of Diana, was arrested on Tuesday on two drug charges and a gun charge after law enforcement visited her home on an unrelated call, a Thursday press release said. According to the release, Rosser was previously a bail bondsman in the county.
Former bail bondswoman arrested on multiple charges
UPSHUR COUNTY – A former bail bondswoman was arrested on drug and gun charges on Tuesday. According to the Upshur County Sheriff’s Office and our news partners at KETK, Shannon Rosser of Diana was arrested on two counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and one charge of possession of a stolen firearm. Deputies also confiscated more than 20 other firearms in a detached storage building, with their ownership status still pending. Rosser’s bond was set at $320,000. Police also arrested John Sartor Jr., who lives at the home with Rosser, with one count of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $150,000.

Upshur County Deputies arrested a former bail bondswoman on drug and gun charges. They charged Shannon Rosser of Diana with two counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and one charge of possession of a stolen firearm. Her bond is $320,000. They arrested John Ed Sartor, Jr., 30, of Hughes Springs, at the residence for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance with a $150,000 bond.
