Troy Post 70 goes undefeated at Border Battle
Getting your Trinity Audio player ready... The Troy Post 70 19U baseball team traveled to Tuscaloosa this weekend and went undefeated in the Alabama/Mississippi Border Battle. Post 70 kicked things off with a 7-0 shutout win over Tuscaloosa Post 34 on June 7. Enterprise’s Brady Richardson – a future Troy Trojan – went 2-for-2 at the plate with a double, three RBIs and two runs. Pike Lib’s Will Rice pitched four innings and struck out three batters, while giving up one hit and no runs. Aiden Wright also struck out five and gave up one hit and no runs in two innings on the mound.
