Former Hanover Utz employee sentenced after bringing machete to facility
(WHTM) – A former Utz employee will serve two to five years in jail after bringing a machete to the Hanover facility and professing his love toward a worker last year. Christopher Wellborn Apgar entered a plea of “Nolo Contendere” for criminal attempt kidnapping on June 4, according to court records. He will also serve 60 months on probation concurrent with his confinement after pleading guilty to criminal trespass.
