A homeless man with a history of previous arrests is facing a new charge in Ulster County for trespassing.

According to Town of Lloyd police, Toby Tobin was arrested this past Sunday for allegedly trespassing at the Atlanta Concrete business on North Riverside Road. The 54-year-old has been charged with criminal trespassing.

This arrest marks Tobin's 19th encounter with law enforcement, as he has been arrested 18 times before. Additionally, he is currently on parole for felony grand larceny.

Despite his history, Tobin was released on an appearance ticket due to bail reform. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 9 to address the charges against him.
