A nationwide campaign bringing awareness to drunk and distracted driving awareness is encouraging Saratoga County teens to 'Arrive Alive.'. CAPTAIN Community Human Services (CHS) CAPteens program partnered with Shenendehowa Central High School and Saratoga County STOP DWI to bring UNITE’s Arrive Alive Tour, "the nation’s number-one ranked drunk and distracted driving awareness event, as well as the first-and-only marijuana driving simulator in the country."
