Webster man pleads guilty to deadly hit-and-run crash
A Webster man pleaded guilty for causing a hit-and-run crash that killed a cyclist in Webster last summer. Ryan Laduca, 36, pleaded guilty last week to leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in a person's death and tampering with physical evidence, both felonies, according to the Monroe County District Attorney's Office. The charges followed a months-long investigation for the hit-and-run crash that killed Pamela Rubenstein, 57, of Webster.
