Rochester outreach group hosts event to help city's homeless population
There is a community effort underway to help people living on the streets of Rochester. The city's homeless outreach team hosted a Lunch at the Library event this week to better understand the needs of the individuals. They interviewed people dealing with homelessness to see how they got where they are and how to build a better relationships with those in the community.
