    Tomah man arrested for 12th OWI in Green Bay area

    KAUKAUNA, Wis. (WKBT) -- A Tomah man has been arrested for his 12th OWI.

    The Wisconsin State Patrol arrested 58-year-old Jon Miner in the City of Kaukauna Saturday after conducting a traffic stop for speeding on I-41. According to the criminal complaint, Miner had an open bottle of vodka on the front passenger seat and told the state trooper he was "pretty drunk" and admitted he was drinking the vodka while driving.

    Miner -- from Tomah, Wisconsin -- had 11 other prior OWI convictions dating back to 1997. He had a lifetime license revocation and was prohibited from having a BAC of more than 0.02.

    Miner's BAC at the time of arrest was 0.267.

    He faces OWI - 10th and subsequent offense, operate motor vehicle while revoked, and failure to install an ignition device.

    Miner has a preliminary hearing on May 17.
