HARTFORD, Conn. — Hartford this week is giving individuals and families the opportunity to get on the waitlist for the city's Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher. From 9 a.m. Tuesday until Friday at 4:30 p.m., the window to apply to join the waitlist will open. Those interested can fill out the online pre-application form here.
