24-Story ‘The Island at West Bay Club’ Advances Toward 2027 Completion at 5100 Baybridge Blvd, Estero, FL
Kolter Urban has topped out on a 24-story luxury development in Lee County. The Island at West Bay Club, located within the 868-acre West Bay Club Community in Estero, will comprise 86 homes. The “estate-scale residences” will feature three and four bedrooms, measuring 3,300 to more than 6,270 square feet. In-unit features include but aren’t limited to private-access elevators, 10-foot-high ceilings, and wraparound terraces with views of the surrounding waterways.

Award-winning Naples pizza joint to soon open a location in Lee County
The pieces are coming together quickly for Antonio Longobardo. And a key one was just delivered. “It’s a custom-built Marra Forni oven, an RT 150, the biggest one they make,” said the owner of LowBrow Pizza & Beer in Naples, Pezzo Pizza in Estero and Luigi’s Pizza e Pasta in Miromar Outlets. “(It) was hand-made in Maryland. We had to destroy a wall to get it in. It’s so big we couldn’t get it through a door.” With LowBrow thriving (readers of the Naples Daily News named it the best pizza in Collier County in 2025), Longobardo is on the cusp of opening a second location in MidTown at Bonita, with that massive oven at the heart of it. “We’re really looking forward to it,” he said. “We were working on a deal with MidTown for a couple of years.
