LARGO — A Largo couple was in custody Saturday after being arrested on accusations of repeatedly leaving their 3-year-old child home alone for hours at a time. Milton Lutala-Tapin, 27, and Nancy Lutala-Tapin, 28, face felony child neglect charges after investigators found the 3-year-old at their home unsupervised, according to a police report.
PASCO COUNTY: Port Richey Traffic Stops Lead to Drug Arrests
PORT RICHEY, FLa.- Port Richey Police officers arrested two individuals on separate drug charges stemming from traffic stops conducted over the weekend. On April 20th, an officer initiated a traffic stop on a 2007 Dodge utility vehicle traveling at 62 mph in a 45 mph zone. The officer detected the odor of marijuana upon approaching the vehicle. The driver, who was not identified, received citations for speeding and driving without a license.
