Royal Oaks neighborhoods secure concessions in new 130-lot subdivision
Editor’s Note: A previous version of this story incorrectly included The Commons residents as parties able to utilize the gate proposed to separate Royal Oaks subdivision private roads from the proposed public roads to be built to serve The Commons. This has been corrected. Royal Oaks residents may not be able to stop developers from moving in next door, but that doesn’t mean they plan to roll over about it.
