WILKES-BARRE — The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Thursday vacated the rape and physical assault convictions of Edwin Colon and ordered a new trial in Luzerne County Court. A Wilkes-Barre man has been sentenced to serve up to 10 years in federal prison for dealing methamphetamine, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
