(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- No one is hurt after a large garage fire in Cedar Rapids Wednesday night. Crews responded to reports of the fire in the 100 block of 21st Street SW around 9pm and found a large fire in a detached garage. Firefighters were able to stop the fire from spreading to a nearby house, though there was some heat damage to the home. The garage was heavily damaged.
