Crews respond to Alburgh house fire
ALBURGH, Vt. (WCAX) - A structure fire closed one lane of Route 2 in Alburgh Thursday morning. It happened at a home just north of Goose Point Campground. Officials say the homeowner called it in and reported the fire appeared to have started in a washer or dryer. They say the flames spread and destroyed two bathrooms.
