Two incidents occurred this week in Franklin County, Vermont. In the first incident, a fatal shooting took place in Central Square, Cambridge. Two individuals were found with gunshot wounds and were transported to a Boston hospital, where one victim, a 27-year-old female, was pronounced dead. The second victim, a 26-year-old male, is currently receiving treatment for injuries. In the second incident, a woman from Franklin, Vermont, was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash in Sheldon. The woman's vehicle veered into the opposing lane, left the roadway, and struck a large boulder. She was found unconscious and transported to medical centers for treatment.
