Lisa Dykes is accused of murdering 23-year-old Marisela Botello, a Seattle woman who was visiting a friend in Dallas. Prosecutors say Dykes stabbed Botello after finding her in bed with her rapper boyfriend, Charles Beltran, in 2020. On Thursday, investigators walked through Botello's final hours and dug deeper into allegations that Dykes was into witchcraft.

At about 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 6, police got a call from a driver who reported that a man was in the middle of the road near P Avenue and Sherwood Drive, in a neighborhood near Jupiter and Parker roads in Plano.
