Tornado Warning continues
The tornado warning continues for the city of Crossville and points east of town. A new severe t-storm warning has been issued for the Fairfield Glade area until 6:15. That particular storm is not showing rotation but treat it as a tornado warning. Very strong winds are possible with this storm.
Summer pool season begins Friday
The 2024 summer pool season will kick off this weekend. The Bandy Creek Pool in the Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area will open Friday (May 24) at 11 a.m. The pool is open from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as federal holidays — which include Memorial Day, Juneteenth and the 4th of July.
