After months of construction delays and finishing touches, Chef Michael Greenhill said his new restaurant, Josett , is now targeting a late November opening in Jackson's Fondren area . The restaurant's interior has been designed to create an intimate, upscale atmosphere. Greenhill credited interior designer Mary Sanders Cavicchi and contractor Will Kirksey, along with craftsman Kirk Garraway, for helping bring his vision to life. "There's not a smooth surface in the dining room," Greenhill said. "It's going to take some time to finish everything, but it's going to be worth it."
