LACLEDE COUNTY, Mo, — The Laclede County Sheriff’s Office announced, via social media on Nov. 6, details surrounding a recent Lebanon arrest. According to the post, Tyler Lowery, 23, of Grovespring, is a suspect in a Nov. 1 hit-and-run case involving speeds over 75 miles per hour. Allegedly, Lowery was racing through Route 66, toward Springfield Road, and collided with a motorcycle in the intersection.
