ECO Center expands to host OVAC headquarters and major athletic events
The ECO Center on Ohio University Eastern's campus is expanding services to the community and will be the first permanent headquarters for the OVAC. "Now, after 80 years we finally have a home,” OVAC executive director Dirk Decoy said. “Normally, the OVAC followed the person who was in charge.
