Emergency food and shelter funds available in tri-county area
Tri-County United Way has announced that Oconto, Marinette and Menominee Counties have been chosen to receive funds from the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency to supplement emergency food and shelter programs. Woman charged in Marinette car-pedestrian crash pleads guilty
MARINETTE, WI— The driver in a Marinette accident that injured a young pedestrian has pleaded guilty in the case. Amber Renner, 36, was westbound on Carney Avenue last December when she heard something in the back seat, where her child was. She said she turned to look behind her, and when she turned back around, 17-year-old Bryce Steinfath was in the crosswalk. He was struck and suffered significant injuries.

BONDUEL, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Shawano County say a 5-month-old infant is dead after she was run over by a vehicle Wednesday night. According to a release, multiple deputies, along with officers with the Bonduel Police Department, responded at 5:30 p.m. to a home in Bonduel for reports of an infant being run over by a vehicle.
