Stanton hosts ‘Derby at the Drive-In’

STANTON, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Still need Kentucky Derby 150 plans? Stanton Tourism is hosting a unique watch party.

According to a Facebook post , Stanton Tourism will have a fun-filled Derby Day planned at the Mountain View Drive-In.

From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Derby Day, the drive-in movie theatre will be transformed into a racing headquarters. Per Stanton Tourism, you’ll be able to catch all of the races on the big screen, accompanied by live music, a petting zoo, inflatables, games, contests, and more.

Come dressed in your Derby Day best as there will be a contest for the best dressed, best hat, and more.

Stanton Tourism said that concessions and cocktails will also be available, because what’s Derby Day without a mint julep ?
