ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A missing 16-year-old from St. Charles County has been found safe, St. Charles County police say. Around 1:20 p.m. Tuesday, Charles Hughes was seen on Ring camera going home to get school work before going to Liberty Church on Crestview Drive in O’Fallon, Missouri, for class. ST CHARLES, Mo. — Pro-Palestine demonstrators in St. Charles County were one of many groups that disrupted traffic across the country Monday morning. The St. Charles Police Department confirmed that a group of protestors started a demonstration at the Boeing facility at 2980 Missouri Route 94 in St. Charles at around 6 a.m. A police department spokesman said officers arrested seven of the protesters, and prosecutors intend to seek charges of unlawful assembly and trespassing.
