CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo–The Missouri State Bears started their last road trip of the regular season Tuesday night at Southeast Missouri State.

The Bears played one game at SEMO then a weekend series at Belmont.

The Redhawks beat Missouri State 5-3.

A pair of MO State errors led to two SEMO runs in the second.

Cody Kelly hit a pair of home runs for the Bears but it wasn’t enough.

The game was Missouri State’s 33rd true road contest tying a school record set in 2003.
