Office of Utility Consumer Counselor accepting consumer comments regarding Duke Energy rate increase
INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) is inviting public comments through July 5 on Duke Energy’s pending rate request. A public field hearing on the matter, hosted by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC), is set for June 4 in Terre Haute. Additional field hearings in Bloomington, Fishers, and New Albany will be scheduled soon.
Summit District developer: construction may start in 2025
Construction on a massive development expected to add up to 4,250 homes to Bloomington’s southwest side may start as soon as next year.
