One Charged in Pocosin Road Shooting
One man has been jailed after allegedly firing 14 shots at a home in Saint James Tuesday. Jesse James Arp, 40, was held without bond. He is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, possession of a firearm, and felony possession of cocaine, detention records show. His address was listed as 4350 Pocosin Road.
